Issue #6
Welcome to Issue #006!
Welcome to issue 6 of Collective Realms Magazine! Inside, you can find short stories and poetry by Alexis Ames, Dimitar Dakovski, Sarah Salcedo, Ioanna Papadopoulou, Swylmar Ferreira, Mary Tharin, Aleah Dye, and Holly Day, with gaming articles by our columnists, Derek Burge and Kathryn Winter.
We finally made it to 2021! I am so thankful for the amount of support our magazine has received over the past year. We have made so much progress since our beginnings in 2018 and I am so excited to see what comes next for the mag.
For a bit of more “personal” news, fans of the mag may notice that my name has changed in my signature. In January, I came out as a trans woman! I first made the announcement public on Prismatica’s Twitter account and the amount of support I received was positively overwhelming. When I started this tiny mag, I never imagined the amount of love and support that I received from fans, many of whom I’ve never spoken with prior to that moment. It was a very emotionally uplifting moment and I truly feel that I’ve found my place in this increasingly strange world.
Lastly, while our magazine will always remain available for free on our website, if you are interested in supporting our magazine, please consider purchasing this issue in eBook format on Amazon or in print on in our shop. We can’t keep this magazine going without your generous support.
From your Editor-in-Chief,
Chandra Montez
