Issue 15
Welcome to issue 15 of Prismatica Magazine! Inside, you can find short stories and poetry by Shon Mapp, Palimrya, and Makaila Aarin, with fiction by Damien Donnelly, Michael Erdman, LP Kindred, Architta Mittra, and Alice Hathaway.
We finally made it to 2021! I am so thankful for the amount of support our magazine has received over the past year. We have made so much progress since our beginnings in 2018 and I am so excited to see what comes next for the mag.
For a bit of more “personal” news, fans of the mag may notice that my name has changed in my signature. In January, I came out as a trans woman! I first made the announcement public on Prismatica’s Twitter account and the amount of support I received was positively overwhelming. When I started this tiny mag, I never imagined the amount of love and support that I received from fans, many of whom I’ve never spoken with prior to that moment. It was a very emotionally uplifting moment and I truly feel that I’ve found my place in this increasingly strange world.
Lastly, while our magazine will always remain available for free on our website, if you are interested in supporting our magazine, please consider purchasing this issue in eBook format on Amazon or in print on in our shop. We can’t keep this magazine going without your generous support.
From your EIC,
Annaelise Montez
